Delayed Shipping - CDN to USA

Random but I'm looking to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I mailed out a package August 22 from Ontario to NC and the package is being held at the boarder for customs. When I called Canada Post they informed me that the US government is now inspecting all incoming packages and that the queues are extremely long. The package was suppose to be there in 4-5 days but still no luck.


@CPluff617 is who I sent it too and I'm looking for options. How long should we wait? I can't believe it isn't there yet

I just received a set of domes from ET. Shipped Thursday afternoon, received today before noon. Obviously overnight priority shipping but I watched it pretty heavily when it got to the border and it passed right through and into Indiana. Maybe ground shipping is a different process

I just recieved it today, everything looks good, great job packaging, and thank you! So it ended up taking 20 days. From what the people at customs in Charlotte told me, is its hit or miss, sometimes stuff gets selected for further processing or gets stuck within a truckload of other questionable things or that needs further investigating. At which time your basically stuck waiting lol. So by the sounds of it, there isnt anything out of the ordinary, I guess that's just always a possibility when shipping internationally! Lol. Disregard my PM. 20 damn days. What a joke. I've never heard of this happening before but glad it showed up. I was feeling pretty bad.

It took more than two weeks for a letter to show up from Wisconsin to Nova Scotia. 20 days isn't bad for a package the other direction.
