Do I need to re tune my superjet after switching back to oem waterbox??

Location

Hey everyone,
I have a 97 rn superjet that was running a trd non baffled waterbox I’m switching back to oem as the tdr is way to loud for me. Will I need to re tune the ski?
I also have dual exhaust (blocked off when using tdr box because I like to hear after 30 min of riding)
So main question is will I need to re tune, or will using dual exhaust give me enough flow to not need to
If I do need to re tune, any advice on jetting?
Currently running

The B-pipe was designed for a stock muffler, what are you worried about?. The top carb adjuster screws should always be rechecked with a tachometer after any change is made.

He's worried it was jetted for a waterbox that is no longer going to be in the ski and that it might require re-jetting. Seems pretty obvious....
OP- You likely won't need to rejet, waterboxes don't do much exhaust flow wise.

Unless you are running a stock head with stock timing, always always always make sure the top screws are adjusted at the rich side or peak rpm! Any change to anything CAN effect this critical setting.
