Just wondering, I've been trying this summer to keep it updated and more recently added the featured video and keep changing that as well. I'm just wondering if people actually look at it or go straight to the forum.

I'm thinking of installing a completely new front page and not sure it's worth the effort if nobody looks at it to begin with.

lol i was just thinkin of this today actually... i look real quick at it when the page comes up but i havent actually looked at events in a while... nice to have the info and the new vid updates are cool... i havent looked at the forum page in a year or so though, i always just click the new posts link:beerchug:

I look and like when you load up whatever ride is next, so people visiting site, might not go to forum, but still see what happens in Standup World !

look at it for all the reasons above. the currnet events, new vids, and then on to new posts. thing is if you log on a gazillion times a day I look at it once then on to posts. when it changes I have to stop there and see what is new.

If you guys know of a good video to feature, please forward a link to me and I'll stick it on there. I've been switching them out at least once a week so far.

i look most every day once. yes i also pop up the video that is on every time you put up a new one. when ever i go looking for something newor research i always start off the home page..

I almost never look at it for more that half a second. but like Pete said, it's not a bad thing to have up there. Especially when you have upcoming events and what not

Without the ads, there would be no site.

I got real tired of asking for donations and trying to get advertisers real quick. Everyone wants something for free.

I look when I log on from somewhere else. And I turn a lot of pepes on to the site so I think the home page is critical. Has to make a bold statement about the sport.

I go directly to usercp then to new posts.

I actually didn't know that the front page gets updated. I've always gone straight to usercp. I'll check out the front page if new stuff goes there.

BTW, thanks for donating when you did. You helped keep the place afloat for the time between having advertisers and the shoppingads covering costs.

Yep, it's got something new/updated at least once/week, normally more often. 1 new and 1 updated just since yesterday.
