Does anybody know Ken Williams from Boise ID ?

I had Dry Pipe for Kawi SXR and want to trade for wet pipe. He had one and we agree to trade. He want to get my pipe ASAP. I send it last friday by UPS and he suppouse to get it this friday. He promised me to send wet pipe this monday ( two days ago ) and still nothing. I called his shop every day last 3 days and he always out and didn't return my calls.

My Question is : CAN I TRUST HIM ?

Or I can call UPS tommorrow and stop Pipe to be delivered.
I was thinking to call him tommorrow morning and tell if he not send it within two hours by UPS and give me tracking number I'll call UPS and stop delivery.

What you think guys ?
