Dual cooling question with pictures...

In the picture of the inside of the hull Line number 3 is going into the bottom of the exhaust manifold.
Line number 1 goes into the bottom of the headpipe that has the 90 degree fitting.
Line number 2 i don't have anything hooked up to right now.
And for the line thats labeled number 4, its like a small hole, that was there from the factory, thats leaking in water, behind the stock bilge?

In the picture of the bottom of the hull, near the drive shaft.
Line 1 is going into the bottom of the exhaust manifold
Line 2 is going to the (" Line 2") inside the hull, behind the battery box.
Line 3 i have nothing hooked up to at all, and its leaking in water inside the hull

If anyone could tell me, what i have wrong, or any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
This is on a sx-r with a wetpipe, and both of my outlets on my head are going into my custom waterbox

ANNY help will be appreciated

Which through hull fitting you use for which line doesn't matter. Use them as it's convienent. On the pump, numbers 1 and 2 need to supply the engine, doesn't matter which is which. #3 on the pump is the stock bailer (bilge) line. This is optional to run, should be plugged if not used, and cannot be used with an aftermarket bilge pump.

There are two differnt ways you can run the two cooling lines (#1 and 2 on the pump pic). Some people will tell you to run both to the mainfold (might need to tap it) and some will tell you to run one to the pipe, one to the maniold. A search on dual cooling will bring up the details and pros/cons for both.

Here is how I have mine.

The stock Bilge goes to number 1 inside the engine compartment which comes out of the hull at number 2 and into the pump at number 3.

The pipe goes to number 2 inside the engine compartment which comes out of the hull at number 3 and into the pump at number 2.

The manifold goes to number 3 inside the engine compartment which comes out of the hull at number 1 and into the pump at number 1.

Hope this helps. There are a lot of guys with this setup and seems to be working fine.
