The seller is Mark Erickson, aka TNT Performance in NJ.
Before you bid much more, try to get better pictures of the porting. (Not saying that because of the seller - I would be very hesitant to buy any ported cylinder without seeing it in detail.

I was thinking about what Matt said, with the porting, and he is correct. I have made enough stupid decisions this year with parts.:banghead:

One Flattop big bore is enough, the square will stay with a standard 61x cylinder for the surf.

So Did You Get It? oH, i SEE NOW YOU PASSED, THIS ONE IS NOT A FLATTOP THOUGH RIGHT, JUST AN 84MM BB 61X. I AGREE THOUGH IT WAS STUPID OF MARK NOT TO SHOW PICS. OF PORTS AND AT LEAST OFFER PORT HIEGHT, IT COULD HAVE BROUGHT MUCH MORE $$$$$$$$$$$$$, LOOKS LIKE HIS STOCKER 760 CYL IS GONNA BRING JUST AS MUCH FOR SOME STUPID REASON.

i saw it and thought about bidding on it. the porting was the questionable part to me also and being that it only had 5 hrs left when i saw it i didnt think the seller would probably answer back in time anyway. i would say someone got a good deal regardless. come to think about it...why would anyone bb a 61x and raise the port heights. the reason why we bb 61x's is to keep the port timing right.....dang it...should have bought it!

no thanks for the heads up guys althoe not gonna jump to conclusions or start anything but i did see a set of 61x cylinders i had a funny feeling where mine sell by that guy but didnt put any thaught into it at the time it was awile ago.the 61x cylinders are green and the 760 cyls are black and have weird shaped ex ports with an small ear in the middle of the ex port youll know what i mean if you seen it

I just won both those auctions today for the big bore 61x and the stock 760 cylinder.

It looked like a hell of a deal even if you can't see the porting.

Last week I got a 760 crank that's in mint condition for $128.49 on eBay. :Banane01:

I've had better luck with eBay than the jet-ski savage yards. :fing02:

I know what you mean about the exhaust ports on the 760 cylinder and it won't be that way for long. It's getting ported and bore over to the next size.
