Editing username?

Is there a way to edit your user name under User CP? I know on "the other site" you were able to edit your user name if you wanted to, but I couldnt find it here, I also looked over there again I cant find it again...
Is there a way to do that?

vbulletin doesn't allow it. pwctoday doesn't allow it anymore, only under the old forum software which was replaced over a year ago.
