Effin steering cable

Is it possible I put it in backwards . It's a B . I don't have enough slack but have plenty of cable in motor bay

Routing I think is okay . But def think I have it backward

I'll admit I figured you were talking about a SJ. I have absolutely ZERO experience with anything Kawasaki. Hopefully this traffic gets someone who knows attention though.

Its basically the same for either kaw or yam. I think the longer end goes on the pump end

Well if anyone's out there I managed to get it hooked up but mod turn both directions is got a ruff spot .... Brand new cable to

is the steering nozzle supposed to turn all the way until it comes in contact with reduction nozzle?

the reason I ask is it stops at the stop plate but isn't turned all the way at nozzle .

and this is as far as it turns at the bars this way bits hitting at the reduction nozzle is this normal

you're gettin there.... try and take up some slack in the cable ends to center the nozzle. shouldnt hit the reduc nozzle in either direction

Thanks sterling . I never knew steering cables could be worse the well worse then anything else I've done on my ski!

Turn your cable ends out to get your bars straight, cable length is too short how you currently have it adjusted.
