Blaster electrical starting ptoblem

Ski all of a sudden only starts when I unplug the start/stop then plug the black end of the start/stop wire into the white that runs to the ebox. Also starts with no lanyard. Only shuts off when I unplug the two. Whats the deal? Thanks
