EME 1000 build

Finally... Ive wanted an eme since I test rode one at the 06 world finals. I bought my friends used 07 eme signature series hull after he bought a q8 hull and switched his stuff over. I also called Eric and bought his 05 comp motor which he had just rebuilt. I had been building a waterdawg envy, so pump, pole, powerfactor pipe, tank, cables, steering,etc. was robbed from it and put into this ski. 85 lb hull

Chad lightly reinforced the sides in the areas I usually crack my stuff. We went with some biaxial and covered it with the red carbon kevlor (only color i had).

Luke spent a bunch of time modifying the skat tilt nozzle to actually tilt.

I could afford this one because it was used, I ridden the q8 and its a spectacular hull but since our lake is usually severe wind chop i love the bigger skis, Last time i rode this ski with steves parts in it, i'd never felt as comfortable on a ski

its a stock sxr hull, Ill try to get some current pics, it might be done by now. its a ex team kawasaki stx motor too

Congrats, that is a great reason to get the signature hull! I rode that hull once and loved it.

I finally put it together and rode it. I am so pleased, I still have a few loose ends to tie up but it is the most incredible ski i've ever owned. I couldnt be more pleased.


The power is unreal and the ski handles great. Its officially to much motor for me, but hopefully i'll adapt.

I love this ski.

rather not, it was erics world finals motor. Its price is in line with the other top motors out there. But damn it was worth it.

It's hard to compare because they feel so different, this one revs faster andthe entire set up is considerably lighter than a 1200 envy. When it hits the main powerband , it will violently yank your arms

The sxr style mag pump and sxr hull defineatly processes the water better (lukes 1200 performs better in the envy than the octane hull). I only have 2 gallons through this ski but I need to ride it for a while and compare it to lukes. I'm not sure if it has more hp than lukes but I personally like the setup better than anything I ridden before, the ski is very balanced and nimble, with a crazy fast reving motor, I would be surprised if top speed wasn't 60+
