Freestyle Eme micro ?????,s on what pipes are out there...

So my friend todd bought a eme micro and i bought a eme micro and wife got a eme aeriel 8...

My friends micro got here first(cause he ordered 2 weeks ahead of us...)

anyways back to the ?lol

we used a b-pipe on his micro...and a 550 tank fits in it

so i was wanting some input on what other pipes our out there that might fit...i dont realy wanna pay around $800 for a b pipe...would rather spend the money and buy a power factor but wife wants me to use a 550 tank so we can ride far.(((being the micro is super easy to ride...rides level not nose high)))
if i use the power factor i gotta use a 2 gal jazz or cart tank...

Was wondering how people like the coffman sizzler? And is there anything else out there...

I have a factory dry pipe type 4 that will add 25 hp over stock it would fit great in that ski . I want to use it in my bob 3 but' the motor sits to far back and i would have to cut my hull not into that. its posted

If a pfp fits you can run Thrusts new 5 gal tank

There's no way a pipe like a Type 4, Type 8, Type 9, etc is going to fit in a mini hull like that.

Anyone try one of the new Thrust tanks in an EME? I doubt it will fit due to the lack of space forward of the engine. See how the tank is shoved under the forward engine bay opening?

Considering that you have to put the tank in before the engine even with a tiny 8.5 liter tank and the regular Q8, I doubt the (much) bigger Thrust tank would go over too well.

Figure out if you can run the bulkhead rickter tank that and the cart tank should be enough. I think you would have to figure out new place to mount the ebox though.

Yes, but the EME hulls have actual hull covering half the tank because the hood is so short.
Also, hull rocker and front scallop can really limit the amount of space available up front.

it is the same size motor to pipe but not height wise... A 550 tank in my superjet has lots of space on top of it between tank and hull...the eme micro has about 1/2 inch where the sj has 3 inches... And u have to put pipe chamber.water box...and hose and fuel tank in and tight before setting motor in...it isnt hard to do just not much room...lol

so far its worth it...ski rides awesome...

Well, I think you ponied up the money for TWO EME hulls, so why sell the setup short and skimp at the pipe?

IMO, the only alternatives you have are a PFP ($1,500 if you can get it) or something old like a Coffman sizzler.

like matt e said there is no way a factory dry will fit...or else i wouldnt have just sold mine...i luv dry pipes...i hate b-pipes...lol it wouldnt even work trimming the hull the chamber is about 3 inches longer then the hull opening...lol would have been nice with water injection...

Also when i get my micro assembled anybody will be welcome to come try it...

I know its hard to find someone that has a eme and real hard to find someone that will let people demo it...

It will be a couple weeks...liquid militia team weekend is puttin things on hold for a bit... ;-)

AGREED...i just wanted to make sure i havnt missed something new...out before i buy a new b-pipe or pfp...

I would whole-heartedly recommend the PFP to you. IMHO it's worth the extra money.

we will probally take u up on that...we have a few friends that live in phoenix and are thinking about heading up there one of these days to ride... also if anybody makes it this way we are 45 mins from lake havasu...and 90 miles from vegas... and a 1/4 mile from the colorado river here in bullhead/laughlin and have a great couch and blow up beds...and do alot of decent size rides...the more the better...
