SXR EME Q8 hull

I have been seriously looking into swapping my sxr parts into a Q8. I am curious though, what parts do I need in addition to the hull to make it work? So far I know I need a smaller waterbox, bed plate, and a shorter drive shaft. But has anyone here made the switch and can remember all the parts that are needed to do it?

I'm trying to generate a close estimate to what the project will cost. It looks like it will be a little less than $7500 after shipping, parts, and tax included. Does that sound right to anyone?

Just or fun I call EME and Eric Malone pickup phone. He said you'll need sj waterbox, composite badplates and 650SX driveshaft. They got all this parts in stock. You can order them with hull. Waterbox and driveshaft you can find on here or ebay, but badplates you can get from EME only
