Decided to pick me up a 6x12 bull nose

3/8th inch walls and 6'2" interior

First thing is to do some painting!
Only way for me is orange and black so...

Laid out the bottom supports and bunks for the skis. Everything can easily be removed so the trailer can be used for whatever. Blaster will be on the driver side, superjet on the passenger side

Put some pvc on the wood to make my life easier to load and unload.

was a pita to do it this way but no screws are required. lol

test fit with both skis in together. I will do the pvc on the blaster bunks tomorrow or something.
ignore the wood sitting on the tracks, I was just messing around with ideas of stuff

and here it is with some dirt scooters loaded up. i plan on adding some more anchors in different spots so there arent straps going all over the place. stay tuned for that

Looking great! How are you liking the e-track? I have priced it out a couple times now but can't pull the trigger. I am worried that it won't support the weight of two skis and will either rip off the wall of the top skis will collapse down onto the lower skis.

Try and bolt them to the frame of the trailer as much as possible. If you cant then put a screw in every hole. Make sure the walls are 3/8 inch or thicker. Dont screw them into that crappy flimsy wood or it will rip right out.

As far as the e tracks, I love them and how easy it is to be able to adjust or take everything out. I can have it completely empty to lake ready in about 15-20 minutes.

I got 8 - 5 foot vertical pieces for $100 shipped and the accessories vary on what you want.

If I do add the rails, I'll pull the paneling first and weld in some steel backing plates for them to anchor to.

I have the same setup as Jmew in my 6x12 and it worked out awesome all last year. One trip I even had a superjet above the two bottom skis on a 14 hour round trip to the coast. I did add thicker plywood to the walls and one side of the e-track is screwed into the studs with four vertical 5' etracks on each side.

Ran a 10 foot piece of horizontal e track across the top. Be good for hanging wet suits, helmets, jackets, whatever from

Making an adjustable/removable shelf at the very front of the trailer

Used a piece to hold some fuel jugs. Can secure 4 in front of the blaster.

And ran a piece down the middle the length of the jetski bunks. Helps keep them in place and makes hauling dirt bikes a little easier.

Picked up this over the weekend. 2001 ttr 250.

Added a shelf to sit above the skis for storage. Everything is adjustable and removable.

Picked up a couple e track u hooks to hold my stuff.

Made a fancy battery holder. Holds 2 deep cycle batteries and adds a little bit of tongue weight which is nice

More stuff coming. Just waiting on FedEx
