Engine run on , cure needed..

Hi guys , a couple of times after starting up my ski on its trailer after hitting the kill switch ski kept on running. removing the plugs made no difference , turning off the fuel finally worked.
It has a dasa 1100 with twin carbs. Quicker engine stop technique required please..... Thanks...

Pin the throttle and/or choke out the carbs with a rag or your hands. Then find the air leak in your pricey motor before you blow it up.
