Here is a diagram of my current water routing. The water coming out is scalding hot! That was even with 145PSI which is way lower then normal (205psi). So in order to get this undercontrol what should I do?

just run the one line into the manifold with out a T. the way the T is more water is flowing into the pipe then into the manifold.so more water is going through the pipe but not the engine

then have the rear of the head dumping into the bottom of the headpipe then top of the headpipe to a T. the t should goto the pisser and the stinger. block off the front outlet on the head since you only have one line of water coming into the manifold. this will also give better pressure to the headpipe.

thats how i would do it but there is a million and one ways to do it.

Check the lines for restrictions, small sea shells will get stuck in the weirdest places from the pump to the pisser.

Also you may want to install a flow control valve or a restrictor at the stinger water inlet to increase the water flow to the engine.

I wouldnt block off the one line.. i would still run two lines overboard.. this looks good though
