Here the story about those people.
Christmas 2011, me and my gilrfriend went to St-Marteen for vacation. I met Fabien and Kris there at there X Slide jet zone location on Orient Bay (french side). We talked a lot about his freeride hull named XS Gravity. We talked a lot about starting the production and me getting the distribution in Canada. On our way back to Canada I was very positive about that. For the fews weeks after the trip I talked a lot with Kris on facebook about a future business relationship. On February 2013 I agreed to send him/her a deposit of 7308$US for 2 fiberglass hull who was suppose to be deliver on april. 2 Month later excuse start, they told me that they had problem with the guy they hired to help Fab on the plug. Kris told me that they wanted to refund me because the plug was all twist due to the heat in St-Marteen. I said no I will give you more time(thing that I highly regret today). Weeks and months pass and they were no progression on the plug. They started to tell me that they need a partner to operate all the production because Fab did not have the time to do it alone. So I said yes, i can give you a hand for sure, but what is the deal ? They told me that they wanted to move to Brazil to start the real production because everything is cheaper in Brazil. After fews talked over Skype, Facebook and email I agreed to go to Brazil mid October 2012 to mid-February 2013 at my fees. Just before I went to Brazil, Fab and kris complain to me that they dont have anymore money to live and that they are broke. I agreed to send him 5000$US to give him a hand to make the Gravity alive. I paid flight ticket and I went to Brazil. Once arrived in Brazil I quicly realize in what I was ! They hired a guy with a bit of experience in lay up to work with us, but the problem is that Fab, the guy with the knowledge and experience, left Brazil 2 days after i arrived to go on a russian trip. So i worked 3 weeks alone with that employee. I paid the wage of that employee, I paid the bill of the shop rental and I even paid some material like fiber and some tool because they had no money. There is no word to comment that, I mean we were alone working on something that we and most I dont know. It was pretty hard to advance on the plug due to the fact that we dont have the knowledge Fab has. When Fab came back from his trip he was there for 2 weeks and again he had to go for another trip with the russian. Fab has in mind to came with the perfect hull with all the change and update other hull builder has, he was always modifying the plug. I was not agreed with him because at a certain point, I had money in that and if the plug is not finish it mean no mold and no hull. I talked about that with Fab and he agreed to stop to modified the plug and just finished what we were doing. At that point I realize that this partnership was not for me. Fab wanted me to drop a lot more cash in his business. I said i dont want to do that. We can agreed on a exclusive distribution with a contract between my business and his business, but i dont want to be involved in your business. 1 month later, after he came back of his 2nd trip, excuse started again. He was not even showing off at the shop telling me he had something else to do and blablabla. One morning i sat at the shop waiting Fab. he showing off like 2.5 hour later that he was suppose to. I talk to him about the feeling i had. I told him that I dont feel like he his taking care of the production, I was working more then him in the shop. He instantly answer me that if im not happy with that just go away. Its what I did. After that our relationship was ridiculous. He was telling me that this situation was caused by me, that without more money he can do nothing. The last month I was in Brazil I did nothing for him. I was there since 2 months working for free, paying his bill and at the end he did not care about me. I went back to Canada and was almost expecting nothing from him because he never respected his word.
April 2013 I sent an email to Fab to try to know what going on. He told me that I will never have his hull for the following reason: During the last year the sale pitch of Fab was only around the sh!tty product of the biggest hull producer in the world, how bad it is. He gave me soooooooooooooo much detail about that company that I asked him why he knew all that. He told me that he was hired by the owner to do development on those hull and testing also. One day I saw on facebook a pic of huge russian ship with 5-6 ski on the back of it and people were asking at who it was. With the information Fab told me I was knowing exactly at who it was, the guy who financed that big hull production, thing that I posted under that pic. Here the drama started. One of the supposedly owner of that company posted under me that his company is not financed by those russian and bla bla bla. I posted some detail that Fab told me during the last year about that and oupss suddenly I received a private message telling me to delete those comments, thing that I did because he deleted his comment too(without his comment story had no sense). The owner of that company sent an email to Fab about that and Fab was not really happy about that too. A couple of days after that Kris Posted on Facebook teh following message about me:
" Dear FB friends, I wish to prevent you to becareful of this web Spy, harasser and manipulative ! He spends his life to spy you and i on FB and on the X-H2O forum! He wants the monopoly of hulls and jet parts in Canada and he think he’s stronger than everyone ! Be aware that REMI VOYER should be our distributor (for our hulls XS Gravity) he harassed us to come here in Brazil to learn all from us and our hulls (Rémi has invested only in two hulls and makes believe that he’s our partner and investor in the XS GRAVITY!) We have agreed to received him here with us (in our House for free because he had just supposedly help us and we need help)! However when we realized who and how he was we refused him the distribution of our hulls and refused his money on future investment. But his EGO has taken a big hit because he was windy in advance to be the first to have them, just as he is for sale on FB to be the Biggest dealer of BOB Hull in the world! Today he tries to harm us by disclosing information about other manufacturer hull accusing us of these remarks (he would have heard conversations private between Fab and me)![/FONT]
[FONT=&]Know that REMI when I was sleeping the night, took my cell phone to copy my personal numbers, same with my computer (Rémi spy day and night on facebook (I'm witness), he ‘s also taking all my childhood friends that are not in the world of jet (and Fab ’s personal client on FB ,I had to blocked him, he is a PSYCOPATHE, and I do not know how to get out from him now !) Just for you prevent make sure this person and also be aware that the two hull that I had to provide him, is going to put them in his ass because of his lack of respect of our privacy, because of these defamatory statements which put us in default screws of friends and professionals of jet today ! So as it will have valid reasons has his HYPOCRISY and he’s bull
! Here all the liar about that message:
1- They asked me to come in Brazil, they asked me to become partner with them, not the opposite
2- I offered him to pay for the condo, thing that they refused(BTW I lived 2 week in that condo with them and after that we moved in another condo for free so nobody paid for it same for the month after in the house, they did not paid for it)
3- They did not refuse my money, its me who refuse to gave them more money because they were not able to deliver the product.
4- I did not spy all these information about the other hull producer they personnaly told me that, its was his sale pitch.
5- I did not take his computer to spy information, totally untrue. I took his laptop only once to make a skype call for a flight ticket and she was there in front of me.
What I really did:
1- Yes my EGO took big hit and I think its a kind of normal when someone stole you 16000$US
2- Yes i took his cell phone, my girlfrind was calling me everyday on that phone to have new of me. Yes one day I took 2 number in his cell without her permission, the number of one of her friend who rent condo in Brazil and the number of the taxi driver period. I told her later after that that yes I regreted to had not asked her the permission but I excuse me more than one time about that.
3- Yes I add some of her contact on facebook, but i can tell you today that is the best thing I made because when they told me that they wont send me my hull i did some research about all the bullsh!t they told me in the last year to realize that it was full of liar and false promise.
After that they tried to contact some of the company I represent in Canada to try to close my account with them, without success.....
As for now they stole me 16000$US and I lost a lot more money if I count flight ticket, car rental etc...
