Factory pipe adjustment screws thread pitch?

Long story short, my top screw on the b-pipe was seized and I had to grind off the raised section to work the screw free. Today, I ran it and the adjuster screw stripped the remainder of the thread and flew out. I'm going to weld on an aluminium bar section over the top to replace the grinded off boss, but to tap it, I need the thread pitch of the original adjuster screws.

I believe it's imperial, so need to know whether it's UNC, etc.
