Hi guys , anyone know why mine keep splitting /melting ? On the 3rd one in 4 months , i do ride every week nearly and still have single cooling !!

could be misaligned (splitting) or not enough cooling water (melting)
how hot is pipe at operating temp? you should be able to hold it in your hand
flushing all lines or dual cooling will help with melting

Could you possibly be bypassing too much water causing low water pressure ?

could be misalligned. Limited or mod ? you need to dent pipe or grind motor bed plates & possibly rise water box if its an aftermarket. coupler is not for covering a gap just sealing the pipe
