Octane Find a replacement handlebar pad?

Anyone know of a good replacement for the handlebar pad? Not the flat chin pad, but the round piece of foam that goes across the handlebar cross brace.

All the motocross ones are 8", all the mini ones are 7". My OEM one is about 5", but there's room for 5.5". OEM is discontinued.

Riva, Blowsion or UMI should have one. Maybe find an old bmx pad and cut it down and re-sew the end?
