300/440/550 Finishing my 550 Project

Hey all,
So, finsished rebuilding carbs and drive shaft of my 550. Cleaned up my crank case and looking for what size pistons I can put in my 550. I want to bore it out so I have a bit more power and I have a 16 pitch impeller and a scoop grate with a westcoast rideplate. Also Adjustable staright handle bars.
Anyway, what is the largest pistons I can bore into the 550 block?
thats my question.

oh alright well thats as far as ill go i just know anybody else would ask that to start off with. but i dont know you can call my work Pacific Jet sports 714 671 1145 my boss has many many pistons, some 550 stuff and even some old PJS parts. He does his own boring and machine work so give em a call his name is Gordon he will let you know what you can do. I never worked around the Machine that much so i wouldnt know.

He and I have done business for many years now. We often go back and forth on PJS 550 issues...sometimes I feel like we are talking in circles but anyway, share those water cooling tricks I mentioned to you with him. Since you have a test tank right there, easy to verify the results.

Next time don't be so hush hush, LOL. Say hi to Gordon and Kelly for me!

Haha alright! Will do both i wasnt hush hush i said it in a couple forums now im one of the only ways goron has been getting noticed on this site
