I recently bought a js440 runs great but the ski is very slow for my standards what would be the best motor to replace the 436cc motor whitch is currently in it or what bolt on mods could I do to get the most out of the motor?

You can use this kit to put a Yamaha motor in there. You can get a 6m6 for next to nothing!
