My two attemps with a limited 701 setup. Im pretty sure I need to stand up straight and look back to help with the rotation more.

def. slow down and let the ski drop into set up wake more with a little prehop before the setup wake. BIG PROPS for going for it for sure. The deeper the pump goes in the longer the hook up and the more time the pump has to launch you vertically.

From the video it looks like your set-up wake is too long. Try slowing down and turning around sooner. I noticed with a U-ish shaped set up, you can get 1 big peak wave, good for flips, and with the L shape like you did, seems better for rolls and gives 2 waves to drop in between. Just something i noticed from the japanese ski videos.

Your right.... I think the u shape would be a little better. I just have not practiced that one very much. Also the fist wave formed from the L shape is a little steeper but you have to be so fast on your turn back to it. I think I will work on the u wake this weekend. Thanks everyone for the advice!!

that is awesome... do you think you NEED trim to be trying this stuff?

I don't think it is totally necessary but it does help with the rotation. My c.a.t.s trim system does not have much throw at all. I want to try it without the trim to see what happens.
