FX-1 Fixing screw holes?

I had to remove my bilge pump to pull the flywheel off and I noticed that it was attached with screws that went threw the bottom of the hull. Also noticed that there had been previous screw holes that had been filled and when I put a light over it you can see the light threw all the previous holes. Was wondering if I should just fill the holes or if I should lay some fiberglass over it, to reinforce it. Also wondering what I should use to fill the holes?

Mix up some epoxy resin and just fill the holes up with that and then sand flush. Put some masking tape on the underside of the hull to keep the resin from dripping out if they went all the way through.

A couple of them did go all the way through, which is the main reason I was concerned about it. Thanks for the help.

Ya just fill them up with resin, unless they were massive holes there is no need for reinforcing.
