Flat water backflip plan

Ok so this summer I got into riding and I had a Kawasaki 650sx I’m selling that and next summer will be riding a Superjet my long term goal is be able to do a flat water backflip I know I will need to get an aftermarket hull what else will I need. Also can I put Superjet components into aftermarket hull

Kinda putting the cart before the horse here again. You stated that you will be riding a superjet next year. Things can change from now till you are ready to move from the superjet. This horse has been beat to death, backflip is lots of skill, lots of power or big wave with certain small variables in there. Don't buy a oem hull ski and just go AM for next year and call it a day. Awesome skis are priced better today than I've seen before. As for the question of parts swap, if you have spent any time looking at skis, hulls or this forum then you should know the answer. Have fun.

Keep your 650 as you can use it to race at brave the wave next year. And buy a am hull set up or you will regret it. To much work and knowledge goes into tuning as you just got in to stand ups. Unless you get a wicked good deal on a am hull. and a 701 will not flip you even if you mod it Unless you have mad skill like some people have.

I called Taylor Curtis and we sat on a phone call for an hour wile he taught me the machines behind flips. I bought from him and he’s building it for me now. He’s legit and will help u make best choice but ur gonna have to throw some serious dough at it if u want brand new. ($25K+) and that’s on the low end of cost to get u flipping. Here’s his basic specs for full bowl of stoke!

PS - I bought from TC because I purchased a brand new 2018 SJ and realized it would never do what I wanted it to and no matter how much more dough I threw at it.
