Flat water sn

Hi guy's, here is my sn this weekend i go to test and setup in water.
Thanks for Jetmaniac and #Zero for good parts and counseling!! and for all of you coz your post are very helpful !
First i setup the engine for surf and i running factory B pipe, 30cc domes and R&D intake with 44's blackjack's.
But now i make it more agressive for flat water and i run with 35cc domes and the power factor.
The engine is 771cc with #zero freestyle big bore sleeves, cases and cylinder casting bored.
I run the engine cold adding 2 more fitting's in the head and more piston clearance.
now i have a oem intake with aftermarket sbn 44's reverse jetting's.
Msd enhancer with 62t stator and oem lightened flywheel, ada couplers and a 650 crank welded with hot rod's.Here some pic's:

You better reinforce that SMC and metton hull or it will break and crack all to poop....

I not reinforced, because I do not want to add weight, if it broken i use another sn hull (they are cheap).

I will use it only a time, because i am plan to buy a new flat water hull.

Last sunday i tested the ski in the lake and now have a lot of power! but i need to down more the pop off presure, i see that power factor need more fuel at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle, and i need to change my prop this old skat cavitate a lot!!!!!

Why do all that work with footholds, paint, turf, etc, and not reinforce?
Unless you ride like a puss, that thing will crack/break to sht, trust me. A couple 3/4 roll slappers and youll see.
Metton and SMC are not your friend..:biggrin:

Footholds came installed, the paint is the oem, i only turfed.
This hull is for test, i go to cut and modify soon.
