FLYWHEEL PULLER PISSED W/SBT Help!

I just recently bought and had shipped a "Universal" puller from SBT. Stated to fit all models but, kawi 750,900,1100 & 1200. I have a 94 WB700, and I am trying to pull the flywheel to have lightened. It appears that I could enlarge the three holes that most line up with the flywheel and make the puller work, but I did not expect to have to do this. Any advice here would be appreciated.

If you want to return the SBT one, you can pick up a harmonic balance puller at Advance, they have 2 kits that are $10 and $17 and will work great for you. Grease the main screw and use an impact gun if you have one. Also use the shortest M8 x 1.25 bolts you can and she should pop off easily.

Most of those pullers that have 3 sets of holes do not line up. Have two different ones here. Does not work on Yamaha flywheels.

its no mac but i wouldn't call it cheap like harbor freight. its worked great for me in many situations. and having a full assortment of bolts sae and metric make it really handy.

It looks exactly the same as my harbor freight one. As does the snap-on one I borrowed. Same colors, same packaging etc etc.

I bought my first from sbt it didnt work with my yamaha either. The bolts were not spaced correctly. Have been using a harbor freight one ever since. Probably pulled about 50 wheels with it now.
