Flywheel won't cooperate

I've searched on here and am still having some issues. The flywheel still doesn't wanna come off. I hit it with a bunch of BP Blaster and it doesn't wanna come off. Tried the heat approach but honestly I'm not sure how long to keep heating it. Still have the puller on it.

I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice. It's on a 93' 701.
As always thanks guys.

tap it with a mallet a few times and keep tightening the puller. do this and walk away. then come back and tighten each bolt another half turn and tap with the mallet. walk away again.

sometimes i have had stingy ones pop just sitting there with pressure from the puller after a while.

with the puller on the flywheel, screw the pusher screw in untill there is quite a bit of tension on the flywheel for it to come off. Make sure the flywheel bolt is in the crank, all the way in then backit out about 2 turns. THis prevents the flywheel from shooting off the crank when it does come off. Then hit the Outside Diameter of the flywheel with a hard mallet. Or place a small piece of wood on the flywheel and hit it with a hammer. Dont beat the hell out of it just a good sharp hit from one side to another going in a circle around the flywheel. Good luck.

impact wrench on the flywheel puller bolt. If you dont have an impact wrench, then do what others said, make sure there is a good amount of pressure on the puller and hit it a few times with the rubber mallet.

What works for me without exception is getting the puller as tight as possible without pulling out threads, then giving the center bolt (the one against the crank) a sharp whack with a metal hammer.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I hit the stuff with some PB Blaster before bed last night and it was still there today. So I went out this morning loosened the puller put the bolt/nut back on went to retorque the puller and it popped off right away. Also tapped it a few times last night with the wood block and mallet.

If there were a way I could hit that thank button for all of you guys I would.
