Super Jet foam question... NEED HELP

We cut the tray open today... the foam looks perfect. We have stuck pieces of wood down there to see if it is wet and its all dry.... Should i still take it all out or should i forget about it and fiberglass the piece we cut out back in???

Help

if its a squarenose don't mess with it. I have seen cracked sn trays with no water in the foam. They poured those skis in two parts, bottom deck, assembled hull, then top deck. Somehow every SN iv'e cut open has been bone dry.

If it's a RN defoam it and try something cause they leak right from the factory and will still leak once you "try" to seal the tray up.
