Other Foot lumps from footholds

So sat in KFC after a ride a few weeks ago there was around 8 of us all talking about lumps on the tops of our feet from footholds. The mojority had these, some worse than others.

I'm not taking pictures of mines as they're pretty bad .....So who's got em?

Sounds like you need more padding.

Y'all need some Tom21 footholds with 1" padding on top, you'll never go back!

Disclaimer: Hopefully none of you freaks have a fetish, if so I don't wanna hear about it...lol

I broke my chit while on vacation in Florida(before Daytona) last month so I took my brothers RN out a few days while the surf was kickin down there. He turfed his own ski while I was away over the summer, needless to say I don't think he even has under padding inside the hold. They were tight enough but damn my feet hurt a few days after that. Enough to send him a picture!!

I ride with a foot strap and asics normally and don't have these problems

I run ninja footholds and I thought the padding was adequate. I do kick in hard for my tricks though
