Hi -- do you think it is a good idea to install a front footstrap to help with BR? Does any of you use such set up?
Cheers.

ive found its not needed but it does help to have both of your feet secure when learning rolls, surf stance or foothold.
i run 2 straps, no footholds.

You can do anything you feel comfortable with....I guess it will help to ride other people's skis to get the feeling but sometimes you have to go with your instincts.

I run Both as I find it suits me perfectly. I am not rolling it yet. Still reinforcing the ski.
I am so used to running that front footstrap that I feel weird when I ride someone else's ski without it.

I have to roll with both feet in back footholds. I can't roll surf stance, I just can't seem to get any rotation, but then I come from a flat water back ground. If you learn in the surf, then just go with what feels most natural.
