Freestyle For sale due to injury:( My 2013 Hurricane build

Just got some texts from Lil D and hull will be assembled next week so figured Id start my thread.


The hull is a full carbon Hurricane by The Ski Clinic. As you can see in the pic fresh outta the molds it weighs 48 lbs so D figures about 60 lbs complete and he said this will hold up in surf conditions with no question I will definitely test that.
It will be black bottom deck and neon green top deck.

Goodies:

Billet Powerhouse Performance nikasil plated 898
Riva 48 mm carbs
MSD total loss ignition
Powerfactor pipe and waterbox
155 mm stock Yamaha pump
Xscream trim components modded with stock trim
RRP cast pole with RRP steering system straight bars with extensions
Bob pole bracket
Kart tank,couch mounts

I will update this as soon as I get more pics of the hull.

Its gonna be pimp to have a rtr ski that will weigh less than I do!!!

are they using a new foothold design? the parts thats recessed where the outer brackets go look different than the normal ones.

My PHP 898 makes plenty of hp my riding ability will be the only thing I'm gonna have that will inhibit me. Flatwater flips and rolls are a breeze....now its time for underflips and bigger flips and rolls whoop whoop!!!

We are using the same adjustment system as before. We shortened the tray about 2", and redefined the lines for the bracket area.

Your first carbon hull is in the oven curing right now, I'll send you pics of it out of the mould on Tuesday

Hood is the same height, but we extended it about 2-3" back towards the tray for more space in the engine bay, so the Hurricane hood is actually larger than the Gen3 hood.

Plumbing, assembly and paint next week, which should leave the week after for transit. I would imagine that he'd have it by March 1st.
