Forearm tendinitis

I’ve been suffering from some tendinitis in my forearm which is affecting my ability to use the finger throttle. I think it stems from overuse on the computer and other daily tasks. My arm is constantly is discomfort when riding lately and I have trouble using the throttle for extended periods. This especially happens when recovering from a nose stab, tail stand or anything where I am pulling on the bars and pulling the throttle at the same time.

Anyone have any exercises or advice on how to remedy this? It sucks not feeling 100% when riding!

I'll add ice program to above ^^^^^^, 15 minutes 3 times a day. Morning, after work and bed time. Also after heavy use and take an anti inflamitory while your treating
 
Riding gave me tendinitis in my right elbow but a cortisone shot works wonders. Do you have a light pole spring? I feel like the weight of the pole constantly pulling down with your hands in that position is what irritated mine along with throttle/carb spring that was too hard to pull. Cranked pole bolt so it just stays where I put it now

It’s called arm pump, motocross racers get this a lot. Look up Gary Semics arm pump exercise and after doing those for a month (after the tendinitis is healed) you won’t have it again if you keep up on them.

I had it terrible for a ling time, years off and on. Posted on here for help and someone recommend the hand master plus. Used it for a year solid and now my tendinitis is completely gone. I now use it off and on for strength training.

I have also bought it for a few friends and everyone has had good results.

The problem is your hand is great at closing your fingers but is weak at opening them. This creates unbalanced muscles and thus the pain. That's why this exercises closing and opening to get the balance back.
