Forever rails

I got tired of wooden rails. PVC rails. Tube rails. They all broke or bent eventually.

I work around CNC, and stainless, alum, and galvanized, so fig why not make some REAL rails? These are 12 ga galvanized, smooth as silk and will not corrode anytime soon. Like 10 years soon. At least. I've been using them about 6 months now. They work great. Even without carpeting. They won't hurt the ski. If anything they slide a little too easily. They can be drilled, or welded if you wear a respirator or hold your breath.

I had the bunks on my trailer re-done in steel for the stand-up side of my trailer, when my vertical bunk brackets arrived I was reminded that wood 2x4's aren't really 2x4... The brackets were too narrow for my steel (true 2x4)

I see you live in Kaliforniastan as well, let me know how long you go w/o a ticket for having your license plate vertical.
I got pulled over a while back cause my wife's couch was partially covering it lol.

Where are you at in Komifornia? I have a buddy that runs a saw mill and will cut you any size boards you want.

Would all depend on the material and size. I can make any size you want and any material from 10 GA - 20ga galvanized or stainless. 430 or 304. Also have alum but that would be a little spend.

I just weld mine to these adjusters that the wooden rails were bolted to. They could be bolted but I prefer weld.
