Other Found a wetbike? to get or not to get

What do you guys think should i get it he only want 150 for it but hes had it for 8 years and never touched it. im wondering if its worth it to go for it and try to get it running or not?

i figure it is something different. vintage a buddy has a surfjet and had a blast riding that. so i figure why not try this and see what happens.. i just like trying different things also

I had a wetbike in the 80's. They aren't fast, but can be fun to ride. It's a different riding experience, compared to any ski or couch. For $150 it's worth a try. Hauling them really sucks, since they're really narrow, tall, and top heavy. Finding parts is very difficult, too. If you get it running, you'll have some laughs. If you can't get it running, I'm sure you can part it out and make some profit off the other wetbike owners that desperately need parts.

BTW 2-up wheelies can be ridden for miles. That's worth $150 right there.

Me and my bro ended up with Bonzi' wetbike. It's fun to ride, we like taking it to our jetski extravaganza and letting people give it a shot, always good for a laugh.

For $150 bucks I say give it a shot

i put the wetbike in the same category as the wavejammer. if it looks retarded. then you probably look even more retarded riding it... put the momey in your BOB
