Just got a FR2 and was trying to get everything setup. i have a size 15 shoe and I was wondering has anyone made a adapter so that you can make the footholds as tall as possible. It looks like where the foothold mounts to the plate that moves back and forward there is about a inch of height before the foothold hits the top of the pocket. I think if i make a plate to raise the hold up as high as it will go I should gain atleast inch. I looked at flipping the bracket and doesn't seem like you gain any height. Does anyone know what the single nut on top of the hold is for? It is all new to me so any help on how to make this happen would great.

You can flip the bracket which gives about 3/4" gain, depending which way it is now. I've just returfed mine with 1" under padding so i had to redrill the holes higher up. Definitely worth it though.
