I've had a similar thing happen ...both riding the same wave from opposite directions. You can be really far apart and unable to stop...the wave keeps pushing you together. Luckily no damage to my Trinity, but that sound of fiberglass hitting each other scares the crap out of you. I ride SO FAR away from people now, it is ridiculous. Especially when riding waves or doing re-entries.

yes , sure , a lot of rider hurt an another one, but almost never on pics or vid

I just precise that we had planned to do a special shot that's why we were so close... and so filmed !

finnaly we decided to make this film as a reminder, we have to keep control of the limit between the extrem and the danger...(or something like this, you know)
the funny way is to erase the dramatical effect... we are fine both...hopefully...
