If it is fuel injected, I wouldn't…
Carbs take a simple slight turn to increase the fuel-dump…More oil = Less fuel --> Lean burning = potential piston seizure

EDIT: Unless you have the capability to increase the Fuel Injection fuel-dump (i.e. MegaSquirt Module)

The gp1200 is carbureted. The gpr1200 and gpr1300 are fuel injected. So a gp1200 with fuel injection would be unique.

Fuel injected motors do not have carbs so you can't just adjust with screws. They have throttle bodies which look like carbs but they are not the same.

When in doubt, Throttle-out.

That is what I was saying… You cannot simply adjust fuel injection…

I am curious to know if there are sensors for self-adjustment by the engine (i.e. O2 sensors or EGT sensors)… With these, premixing fuel wouldn't seem like a bad idea. Without, I would be a little sketch about it…

Just shootin' the poop here, not a trained pro…
