1/4" for sure. I used clear that I found on EBAY because I want to be able to see the condition of my fuel easily.

the clear is nice for the bling factor and to see where fuel is and isnt coming and going, but IMO, nothing beats the OEM fuel hose.

SuperJETT has had great success with black fuel line from PepBoys.
I've been using go-kart fuel line for a little over 2 years and it works well too.
I bought mine off of eBay (do a search for 'kart fuel line')

hey geek, are you using a colored hose?

i was thinking about blue and have problems with it geting cloudy white and hard, has the cart hose stayed pliable for you,

but thanks all for the input, cool 1/4 inch it is

All urethane (sp?) hoses will harden and/or discolor and only the only hoses that will not harden are Tygon & OEM/Rubber (Pep Boys, NAPA, etc) hoses. Drawback is they do not look as sano.

If you compete or have a race ski I would pick up 25'+ of urethane hose so you can inspect the lines (and replace if its hard or discolored), otherwise go with Tygon or the black OEM/PEP/NAPA hose if you want it to look more sano.

What concerns are there about clogs, I mean if you have a new filter all lines after the filter should be clean? Right?

I am using orange hose, and it has discolored (darkend) over time, but it's still very pliable.

did a little research.
tygon seems to be teh best way to go, and not too expensive ( found it for 1.14 a foot, i have one worry though, it has a low working temp ( like 73 degrees i think i read) has anyone tried using the tygon?

I also use 3/16" if you check your fittings with a dial caliper you will notice that 1/4" is to large of a fuel line to have a tight fit.

that is the site i found today actually swet
tygon it is, the 3/16 won't lead to any fuel starvation or anything will it, or create to great of a resistance?
