Set my Attwood Tsunami Bilge is place couple days ago for dry fit test. Went back today and noticed my primer lines were off and the bottom of the boat was 2 inches full of gas!!:17::chairshot::aargh4:
So I pulled the bildge out(wasn't attached) and the lower cage is now pink and alittle softer. Took it apart and its soaking in a bucket of soapy water now. The tape on a couple wires went to mush so I pulled what was left off for now.
Sponged the boat out and then filled it with soap water till tomorrow when I can get a syphine hose to drain that out.
Any for seeable damages that I should be looking at? Been like that for a couple days. I know alittle gas and oil in the bottom are the norm but its a brand new boat - what should I be concerned about? Any 'softening' / 'damage' of anything else? The hull?
