little high....not TOO far off the bat though
fx's are trendy these days...
Yama cat: i'm up in WI, I wish I could try one if u know anyone around me that has one
.i wouldnt buy one without ever riding one first there is a good chance you wont like it especially if you have been riding sjs..
Well all I have is kawasaki 650sux So.... I figure thats got to be alot better than that at least.
I'm kind of used to the narrower hull style from my 650sx though, maybe its just me but 96-07 sj's just seem too bulky!!
The FX uses many RN parts.SJs are not bulky, SXR 800s are bulky but they handle great. The SJ no matter what year will always handle better than any FX/1 and is the best platform to build a very versatile ski. Not to mention the tremendous availability of aftermarket and specialty mod parts.
Why would you purposely want to ride a less stable hull with a more narrow tray area to stand in?
The FX uses many RN parts.
Apparently you have never ridden an FX1. Lots of fun and arround 40lbs lighter than a RN, and usually a bit cheaper.
FX's should go for $1,500-$1,800, mabey $2k if its clean with a bpipe
