FX1 parting it out ( maybe )

Should I part out an FX1 I have or sell it whole ? The haul is in fair/good condition ( tray needs de/re foaming) and the motor is strong and all stock. I have the ski all apart right now and was just running thoughts thru my noggin. I need about $2,500 for my other ski.

It would be a travesty if the hull ended up in a skip and the drive train in a WaveRunner.

Heritage/endangered species laws should apply to FX-1's!

Hate to get rid of the FX1 but my 98 Seadoo SPX is hungry and needs more parts to eat I have 3 FX1's now and I am going to build one just for surf riding and I need conversion money so I must get rid of one of my children. Any donations would be appreciated. Do keep a close eye because I am going to be selling an FX1 whole or parted very soon if you are in the market.

Please remember I have yet to decide if this unit or my other 1 is going to get the full surf makeover.

I am just trying to get the most $$ out of 1 of my skis. If I can get more $$$ putting it back together than that is what I am going to do.

What would a fair price for the haul be? Haul being Hood,hood latches,pole bracket,motor mounts,impeller, pump,driveline, ride plate, intake grate, steering cable, gas cap and Styrofoam in the nose.
