Super Jet Gasket maker?

I wondering if i need to put some gasket maker, a little or not at all, on my base gasket ? And on the head gasket (stock head ) ? Or it make no difference..

base gasket- yes

x2, I've always used just a bit of 1211 on the base gasket.

Hmm I've always done it dry. Flywheel cover gasket I 1211 though.

i've always done them dry also, but cant see a problem with gasket maker on the base gasket.

1211 is your friend on base gasket and flywheel cover. Do it dry on head gasket.

Ok I ll go dry for the head 4 sure and maybe a little on the base gasket . Thanks!
