General Pole Bracket Question

I was just wondering if anyone has ever broken a stock round nose pole bracket. Mine appears to have some spider cracking but at the base, not near the pivot bolt. I have a Blowsion lowered bracket but it seems to me that everything I have bought of theirs has horrible quality control for proper fitment. The stock spring won't work with it, the hd spring won't work even mildly with the stock pole as it contorts way out line for the bolt to go through. It seems that unless you run an AM pole, the lowered bracket is useless lol. So, anyone ever trash a stock bracket?

Mine is cracked, it works fine. I'd replace it if I was trying to invert but i'm confident my conservative riding style wont break it.

Over the course of last season I was trying flat water barrel rolls on my lowered bracket and ac pole. The lowered bracket and too short of an aluminum pole was holding me back from making any real progress, I couldn't get a confident feel for the ride. I found my best comfort level to progress was running the stock pole shortened 2 inches and the stock bracket for where it keeps the pivot point. I hope the stock bracket holds up and the reinforcement I did on the stock pole a while back, I can't afford another setup for a good while now and I really like the stock arrangement, more so with the -2" cut back pole.

Stock pole mounts tend to crack near the latch/stopper mount. It's pretty common.

Do they just crack there and that's all or do they take it one further and break apart there too? My bracket has little fine cracks going toward the center of it from about a half inch away from the deck mounting studs on the inward side, and they seem to be heading toward the center hole for the steering cable and wiring harness. I figured because they are heading away from the mounting studs, there shouldn't be any reason to be concerned since there shouldn't be any stress in that area. I guess there must be some stress if it's cracking, but it just doesn't look like an area that should have reason to do that...or is there another reason why?
