Super Jet Girdled Head Shells

Is there any difference between a normal girdled head shell and one that's to be used on a big bore? Are the domes the only difference?

The ADA superbore head has larger diameter area where the dome slides into the headshell.

The domes are the only difference up to 86.5mm size then you would need a different head shell with custom domes for the 87mm+ sizes.
