I haven't made much progress lately but I've started doing a nose mod to get rid of the ugly stock bumper. I still have a long way to go on the nose but its starting to come together.

Looks good. You may find it easier to extend the nose all the way to the front of the bond line instead of trying to shape a smooth lip. This is how I did the nose when I was building my girlfriends' square.
