I was looking at some others vids and their shots seem alot wider than mine, now granted they might not be using a GO Pro. I have mine on setting 5 which is1080 i think, what do others use and what do you use to edit?
Can't remember what setting I use, but it's the least wide angle possible. But I mainly use it on my helmet. If the cam is on the nose area looking back at you, the wider angle may work better for you.
I've been using r5 because it's not as wide as the others which I think helps with the fish eye effect. Haven't really played with the other settings though. For editing I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio, but it wont work with .mp4 files so I have to convert it. I saw GoPro suggested Pinnacle Studio HD for editing with a pc so I'll probably give it a try.
