Super Jet Got 2?

The reason that I post this thread:
I have and maintain 2 (two) superjets.

Another reason that I post is because many members give advise based upon modded ski's and the results they get.

I have the ability to compare the modded ski to the stock ski (with only a pipe)
Currently my wifes ski "hits" harder than my heavily modded ski.

Would I even know this if her ski was not there to compare?

No.

"It seems better than it was" is all you get if you have nothing to compare it to.

Two is nothing ,try maintaining 4-6.
Sucks to hear you mod boat is not running right but thats the great thing about having more than 1.

Sounds like you've got your work cut out for you then... Either your mods aren't meant for your setup or they aren't dialed in properly. There is a lot to be said about a well tuned limited ski over an awesome ski that doesn't work quite right.

The devil is in the details and it takes a long tame to get a monster motor the way you want it. I spent 2+1/2 years getting my Lamey the way I want it and now I finally ride it and smile all the time instead of constantly trying different things. There is a much faster way to do this-pick ONE person that is really smart and has a awesome running ski and do everything they say to do!

I have two SJ's set up identicle, but they still have there differences. My intention was to have a back up boat or a loaner for friends. Maintaining both of them is better than having just one though as I'm not in a super hurry to get one back on the water when its down. (No all night wrenching or down riding days) When they're both down- then I'm pissed!

yep! I've spent a good bit of time riding my wifes ski. Glad it was there. She won't ride unless the water is over 70 degrees, so I need to run it anyway thru the winter.
