Got a 1995 wet jet with the x61 motor with the single carb and the fuel line is pulling fuel but not holding it

The jetski will pull fuel but won’t hold the fuel into the filter and fuel won’t stay into the line but I am asking how am I supposed to chase my problem with all the hoses on this gas tank there is 4 hoses on the top of it and I’m not sure where to start or where pressure should and shouldn’t be so any ideas where to start and what to look for?

What year is the the Sj? Also, show some pics of the carbs and fuel lines would be helpful.
First off remove and replace all your fuel lines. Don’t buy the cool multi colored crap that won’t last a year. There are venders (on here) that carry good quality fuel lines. Remove one line at a time,so you won’t get confused how to put them back on the correct fitting. Buy some good zip ties (small), again not the stuff you find at harbor freight (they are good for other items). Buy new fuel filters at the same time.

The four lines: single carb, then one is a main fuel line, the other is for your ski’s reserve gas, then the one is a return line coming back from the carb, and the other is a one way vent line.
*Had to edit after going back and reading the above statement.lt is correct now.

The forum contains a wealth of info, but ya gotta look for it. Helps to google it, which for the most part directs you back here. Start a thread, so others can help you too.

The four lines: lf twin carbs, then each line goes to a carb, one is a return, and one has a one-way valve to let air into the tank. lf single carb, then one is a main fuel line, the other is for your ski’s reserve gas.
