Got a problem with my mounts....weatherpacks?

okay i have a 650sx and i pulled teh motor because the mounts are wasted and i was gunna clean some of the crap on the bottom of it and put some appliance epoxy inside the hull. the only problem is that like on each motor mount a bolt broke inside the hull that holds the mount to the actual hull. i drilled the bolts and tried using an easy out but that thing broke in the hole i made. i even applied some heat on there too. so i was thinking maybe i can epoxy some studs in there instead of using bolts to hold the motor down. waht would i be risking running only 1 bolt on each motor mount?? also do you guys know where i could get the weather pack plugs??? im going to have hookups for all the wiring so i can make easy engine removal. thanks for any help!!

Run 2 bolts for each mount. You should have just contunued to drill the bolts out completely with a drill bit. Staying as centered as possible, but more then likely your gonna be getting close to one side of the insert. When that happens stop and dremel the other side with a carbide dremel bit and then run a tap in to get the rest of the old bolt out of the threads. As for that EZ out bein broken off in there... I know a machine shaop could drill that out for ya. Normal bits, even cobalts wont touch it.

As for weather packs, I get mine here http://www.hipoparts.com/index.php?cPath=73_3_53_62

so drill them out and go to the next biggest size bolt?? okay well my dad works at a machine shop so ill see if he has some special bits for that. well the good thing is that the other three broken bolts have the pilot holes drilled in them i just gotta go in with the a couple sizes bigger bit and hog them out.

Drill them until you just began to see the original threads. you dont want to go to the next size. once you can see the threads completely then you can run the tap to get the metal out of them.
