SX/SXi/SXi Pro Got my factory pipe on......broke my handle pole..

scrambled this morning to get my pipe on my ski to meet up with some friends on the water. got there, launched the ski. rode around for about 20 mins, and then noticed my ski wouldn't turn anymore... inside the stock handle pole theres a little piece that holds the steering cable in place.....mine is now broke, and the ski won't turn.....awesome.... Pipe runs great though!

a screw and a couple zipties and you should be back on the water!

Me too...
My 1999 750 has been beat for the last 10 years... And the same thing happened last summer. I got the handle pole out of the hull last week. I work at the Sea-Doo factory, so i'll try the glue that we use to assemble the hull and deck as soon as the production will start next december. This glue is the best one to fix fiberglass.

dude! find a way to get that glue at cost and sell it here. I'm sure many guys would use it for putting hulls together, installing footholds etc.
